CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
Trustee Hart declared a conflict of interest related to Occasional Teacher bargaining citing family
employment.

Trustee Hart declared a conflict of interest regarding Occasional Teacher bargaining citing

A motion to rise and report was moved at 5:46 p.m.and carried.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Ontario Secondary School Teachers'Federation (OSSTF)District 11 Collective
Agreement for 2008 September 01 to 2012 August 31 be approved.
The recommendation was adopted on motion of T.Grant,seconded by S.Peters.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 p.m.,on motion of J.Bennett,seconded by R.Tisdale.
