Board Chair R.Tisdale called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.The meeting was opened with the
playing of O Canada.
2.APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved on motion of M. Reid,seconded by P.Jaffe.
3.CONFLICTS OF INTEREST -No conflicts of interest were declared.

French Immersion accommodation pan.Trustees were provided opportunities to ask presenters
questions of clarification.
