The Committee met in camera from5:00 p.m.to6:00 p.m.and from8:45 p.m. to 11:10 p.m.and discussed confidential personnel,property,legaland negotiation matters. 3. Anin-servicesession on the roleof tnjstees relatedto confidentiality issues was presented by the Board's solicitors David Williamsand ArtCampbell. Recommendations: 1.That the Board enter intoa contractwith Dell Canada forthe lease of Desktop Computers and Copeland Systems for the lease of Notebook Computers consistent withtheir response forthe Board's Request forProposal. The contract will be for a three-year period, withthe machines being returned at the end ofthe contract.
