1. CALL TO ORDER
Board Vice-Chair A. Morell called the meeting to order at 7:00 and acknowledged the traditional
territory on which the Board meeting is held.
2. O CANADA
The meeting was opened with the playing of O Canada.
3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
The agenda was approved on motion of Trustee C. Goodall, seconded by Trustee G. Hart and
CARRIED.
4. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST – None declared.
5. PUBLIC DELEGATION
a. Attendance Area Review – French Immersion in Elgin County
Four presenters provided public input regarding the Attendance Area Review for French
Immersion in Elgin County. Trustees were given the opportunity to ask questions after each
presentation
6. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. on motion of Trustee J. Skinner, seconded by Trustee G. Hart
and CARRIED.
